Before the start of your party, our team will run through the plan with you and the birthday child to make sure everything suits your preferences, including games, activities, and music requests. We’ll also check for any sound sensitivities or additional needs to ensure all guests are comfortable.
The party theme is showcased through our projector screen, photo wall, props, games, prizes, and tattoos.
Please note that we do Not provide themed tablecloths, plates, or cups. You are welcome to bring any additional themed items, though only freestanding decorations or balloons are allowed.
2-Hour Party Package Outline
First 20 Minutes: Arrival and Welcome
Meet and greet guests as they arrive.
Face paint/glitter and temporary tattoos for the children.
General disco with fun music to set the party atmosphere.
Distribute balloons.
Next 30 - 40 Minutes: Themed Games and Activities
Engage the children in games and activities tailored to age and preference.
Activities vary to create a memorable experience aligned with the party’s style.
Next 20-25 Minutes: Food and Treats
Serve food and candy floss (if included in the package).
Allow time for the children to sit, relax, and enjoy their food.
Next 5-10 Minutes: Birthday Celebration and Dancing
Sing “Happy Birthday” and bring out the cake (if provided).
Set up foam party area.
Next 15 Minutes: Foam Party
Host a fun foam party session with safety mats and supervised play.
Encourage children to enjoy the foam and dance in a safe space.
Final 10 Minutes: Wrap-Up and Goodbyes
Take group photos and individual pictures at the photo wall.
Hand out party favours and say goodbye to the guests as they leave.
Timings may vary depending on your party size, chosen extras, and how the celebration flows on the day.

At Celebration City, we aim to provide a fun and safe environment for all our guests. However, participation in foam parties involves physical activity and may carry a risk of injury or accident. By attending a foam party or allowing your child to participate, you acknowledge and accept that Celebration City, its staff, and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the event.
Please note that while our foam is non-toxic and safe for use, it may cause mild irritation if inhaled. Guests with respiratory sensitivities or conditions should take extra precautions and consider avoiding direct exposure to the foam. If skin reactions do occur, we recommend an antihistamine.
We strongly recommend that parents or guardians ensure children wear appropriate clothing and footwear and supervise their children as necessary. Participation in our foam parties is at your own risk.
We have come to realise that lifestyle trainers and shoes with no grip can be very slippery on our floor. Footwear with grip is advised.
